Dog Boarding Facilities in Florida

We went to Lucky Dog to have our poodle trimmed, unfortunately he was NOT A LUCKY DOG. The professional groomer did a horrible job. We did not receive the cut we asked for, as my wife said " his cut looks like a bad magic trick were someone tried to cut him in half." We tried to work with the owner on a resolution. She refused to discount the price of the bad cut but did offer to try and fix it. We couldn't see letting someone mess him up even more. Also they are extremely high on their grooming prices, we were quoted a price of $65 but charged $80 for the bad cut. We were very disappointed about the whole event and very sorry they could not work things out. I do not like saying negative things about small businesses in our area but I feel that people have the right to know our experience before they have one of their own. view short comment

Nice people but annoyed they keep raising the prices right before the holidays. It's not worth that much a night.

You're not going to stay open very long if you continue to treat your customers like they're bothering you. And if you're going to be rude, you should at least attempt to do your job well

called a week before was told the price when i picked up my dogs was charged an extra day it was after 12 noon when i called a week before told when i would pick was never told to pickup before noon, then owner insulted me by saying i must care more about money than my dogs, when i got my dogs home they when strait to their water, the youngest dranks so much he threw up,but told one pice then cha... view full comment

I love how friendly and welcoming lucky dog resort is. The staff is very pleasant and really knew how to make my two dogs Anya and Natasha feel rite at home and it was all for an affordable price. I'd recommend lucky dog to any one.

Fantastic!! Don't go anywhere else.. We where welcomed and our dog lilly was cared for and loved just like being at home. I recommend this to anyone who is in the area or traveling through the area easy to find from the highway and the resort is well layed out and has great products. I know our dog was loved and looked after and that is so comforting to know while I was on holidays she was too.

my dog loves going here for daycare - the staff really takes great care of the animals. i really recommend them!
