I used this place to board my dog. At first, I thought it was great. After the second time, when I picked up my dog, the groomer informed me that my dog has several bites and they seemed to be infected. I took my dog to my very reputable vet and was told she was "attacked, eaten by fleas." I called Woodland Park, and was told it was impossible that my dog was near any fleas while boarded, that I was the only one to mention it. Regardless, my dog has been on flea/tick treatments for ten years. She has never had fleas at all. I felt they should have accepted responsibility at the very least. I didn't ask for money to be refunded. But I will never take my dog there again. view short comment
