I am blown away with how our training classes go, they are awesome and I constantly recommend them to others. I read the negative comment and I believe the owner is really at fault.

I love this place!! They are really fun to work with and I have my boston terrier in there and he has never been better behaved! They are very good at what they do (training the people) and have the experience to back it up. They are straight forward and blunt. I love this place!! They are really fun to work with and I have my boston terrier in there and he has never been better behaved! They are available for questions over the phone and are so good at explaining what needs to be done. Well worth the money spent, if you want a well mannered pet :-) view short comment

We have used Don's Pet Care since 2000. I have never had a bad experience. Also, I never hear more good sense about dog training, nutrition or health than I do from them. I call them with any tough question, and they have never led me astray. I think the treatment and acomodation of the animals is first rate, especially if your dog is well socialized to begin with. We have used Don's Pet Care since 2000. I have never had a bad experience. Also, I never hear more good sense about dog training, nutrition or health than I do from them. I call them with any tough question, and they have never led me astray. I think the treatment and acomodation of the animals is first rate, especially if your dog is well socialized to begin with. In fact, one of my dogs is actually so excited to see the other dogs when we drop her off that it hurts my feelings a litte bit. You should expect your dog(s) to lose weight while you are away from them. They are eating different food at the boarding kennel and that can cause them to eat less. Also, they may pine for you a little. I have seen my dogs lose weight after a long stay, but it was never to the point of any concern. view short comment

we used don's for both our dane puppies and they were awesome! they teach you how to train your dog, they don't do it themselves. it's the owner's responsibility to train the dog. they give you the right tips and advice on how to do it. totally worth it!

We went to this place for puppy classes for a northern breed pup. They took us, charged us the 100 dollar fee for the 6-7 week class once a week for hour and half class. We went the first time and learned very fast that they spend as much time as they can on just 'answering questions'. We went to this place for puppy classes for a northern breed pup. They took us, charged us the 100 dollar fee for the 6-7 week class once a week for hour and half class. We went the first time and learned very fast that they spend as much time as they can on just 'answering questions'. Well there are 30 plus other dogs in the class so you really think you get your questions answered? NO. Then after they waste half the class on that they will teach you one concept. So really they are trying to get you to have to take more classes from them to learn more because your not learning anything. The next pronlem that we found with them is that they told us they did not trust the breed that our dog was. You would think if you had been in buisness longer then 2 minutes that if you dont trust a dog for any reason you dont take it into your class. However they still took our dog and our money for the class. Then about 5 weeks in after the biggest thing we had learned about our puppy was from the internet, they did the 'social' portion of the class. They let all the dogs off of their leashes to play with the other dogs all but ours, they put our puppy in a cage to whine while the other puppies played. Now i find this to be a large problem because there is a doberman in the class as well. That puppy was free to run and play with children being in the room. And, yet our puppy couldnt because they thought he could hurt another puppy. Where are your prioritys? Come on, lets see do we take the risk a dog hurts another dog or that one kills someones child, hum???? So i wouldnt tell anyone to go to this place, they act like they know what they are doing and yet i could have taught the class. If you want to spend money on a puppy class do the research and go to a place that wont make you waste that money, you need the class to be worth it and not a waste of your time. view short comment

When confronted, they said they misunderstood the feeding directions of 1 cup of food 2x each day for EACH dog. Instead, they split that amount between the two of them. When confronted, they said they misunderstood the feeding directions of 1 cup of food 2x each day for EACH dog. Instead, they split that amount between the two of them. How long do you let a dog get so skinny you can count every rib in their body before you're smart enough to think "Maybe I should call the owners and ask about the amount of food the dogs are getting?" Obviously, with these people, the answer is more than two weeks! Use at your own (and your dogs) risk! We are still tryng to get them back to weight. view short comment
