$375 to board two dogs for five nights. Then, additional $365 in vet bills because one dog needed stitches due to staff not adhering to best practices (per manager). No reduction in bill, offer discount off future visit, etc. Dog also lost 10% of body weight during stay. I'm very thankful it was just stitches...could've very easily been a broken leg and/or dislocated hip or shoulder.

Our dog spent a week at the facility and we are very happy. He lost some weight and the staff returned our calls promptly. We spent over 450 but to us it was worth it. Very clean.
