As the owners of Playful Pooch, we welcome comments (positive or negative) from customers that help us to make our business even better for you and your pet. However, in this particular instance, we are unable to verify that this individual and their dog is a customer of ours and that this incident even took place. We have strict guidelines regarding the prompt reporting by staff to management of injuries to dogs in our care. Such an incident was never reported either internally or by the customer.
