Dog Boarding Facilities in New York

I had taken my dog there to for boarding for many years . When I found out that the business was SOLD I was a little comprehensive about how the new management would be. However I am So Pleased that the New Owners are true Animal Lovers My Dog Loves going there. I would recommend anyone to go and browse around You will Be surprised!

I have had the pleasure of utilizing the Camillus Hills Pet Lodge for over 18 years. The owner is a animal enthusiast who treats EVERY animal as though it is hers. She has taken animals to the Emergency Clinic in the middle of the night when they have become sick. We live in Florida now and when we come to Syracuse (twice yearly) we bring our newest dog to the CHPL it is just the best. view short comment

We have boarded our dog here for 3 years without any problems. Good with medications when needed and special requests. We have a rescue dog that needed extra TLC and they provided it.

We have boarded there for years and never had a problem with our two dogs. The dogs are always happy to arrive there which means to me that they are enjoying their experience.

All around, a very pleasant experience. Camillus Hills was affordable, clean, well organized and accommodated my dog's special dietary needs without any hassle. I will definitely take my dog there again.

Don't bother! My dog got sick there in 2011 and the owner basically said "oh well your problem not mine"! I wasn't looking for a refund, was just calling to give a heads up and the owner was short with me, rude and condescending. She ended the conversation by hanging up on me! Don't board your pets there unless you want them to get sick and have no one care about it!!!!!!!!!!!!
