Alice is the best pet caregiver I have ever met and has restored my faith in the fact that there are still incredible pet caregiver's out there. There are two reasons why I will never go to PetsMart Pets Hotel again to board my puppy, but they both are centered around negligence. (1) My poor Mac's last experience with PetsHotel in Flower Mound resulted in him getting bitten, which no one noticed and let him lick on the leg for atleast two days (if not more) causing all the skin around the bite and the bite itself to be infected. After the doctor drained it, cleaned it and treated it with Antibiotics I showed it to the Pets Hotel, which they did pay for the service. (2) However, To add to my lack of faith I do not think that they fed him while I was gone. He didn't go #2 when I brought him home on Friday (which is strange for my dog) and I did give him a greenie. He didn't go #2 in the morning either, which is even stranger and after going to the doctor he finally did go poop and it was green. That really started to scare me. So I made sure he had a good dinner, hand fed him breakfast on Sunday and after he had a good dinner on Sunday he finally had his first #2. Needless to say I was livid and will not go to Pets Mart boarding again. I had to find another pet caregiver quickly for my next travel and searched on Yelp, where I found Alice and I AM SOOOOO GLAD I DID!!!! For boarding she offers: 1) Taking your puppy for a walk both morning and evening by the lake 2) Playtime with other puppies on a nice piece of land with trees with squirrels and rabbits (similar to doggie day camp at Pets Hotel, except she will only allow 6 dogs at a time) 3) Treats if you allow 4) Administering as many medications as you need to be given (without extra charge) 5) Feeding toward your schedule 6) Snuggling with your puppy as he or she sleeps, offering to let the puppy sleep with her if you are open to it (like I am) 7) Sending pictures of your puppy during to day (so you can see what your puppy is doing during their stay) 9) If you don't want your puppy to sleep with her on the bed she has these beautiful little rooms for them to sleep in without the chain fence, nice bed and quiet surroundings 10) Hand feeding your pet if needed (which my Mac can be bad at) making sure that your pet 11) There is someone sleeping on site, in case anything happens in the evening. 12) She treats them like they are part of her family, which makes it a much less stressful experience when you are away. 13) You can leave your little angel by 7pm the night before and not be charged for that time. I am SOOOOOO HAPPY to have found Alice and recommend profusely to anyone who has an animal, cats or dogs, to try her out. You will not be disappointed. I have never met a better pet sitter before. Alice has the heart of a saint and the care she provided for my pets can not be matched. I feel so blessed to have found her. We have one pet with a lot of medical conditions and she took care of her and our other boxer with just as much love as we give them. She is truley an angel on earth! I couldn't recomend her enough!

This is truely "THE BEST" dog daycare we have ever used!!! We travel back home alot and when we get back from our trip Misty and Tyson are so happy they dont want to leave!!! 2 thumbs way up!!!

I was moving to the Dallas area and had to find a place for my Yorkiepoo to stay for a month. I'm so.. grateful to have found Alice at Angels On Earth Pet Services. I knew immediately that this was the place. My baby was so happy. I dropped in to check on her and she was so spoiled, and happy. Thank you for taking such good care of Maggy for me.
