Thank you to everyone at paws&Claws on Friday for helping me with Tucker. After tests and Dr.Sunbury's diagnosis, Tucker has a slipped disc, probably resulting from him jumping out of Joes Escalaide. Everyone at P&C were so helpful, caring and kind to us. It's a great place to take your pet for Day Care, Boarding, and/ or grooming.

I wonder if some of the people commenting negatively about karen are from competitors since they are anonymous? Karen is wonderful and I have been with her since she started small. My pom has health issues with dysplasia and allergy's to fleas. She is always groomed very well and allowed to rest and Karen massages her and checks on her and texts me updates when I am away. I've been going to Paws-N-Claws for 10 years now. Karen does great work! And both my vets in town recommended her...

I boarded my dog here recently and will never go back. I was told one price over the phone and at pick up told a higher price. Owners top priority is making money not reputation or keeping customers. Staff was rude and very unprofessional. Facility was dirty and I would not trust these people to care for my pets ever again. I was warned by my vet's office not to board at this kennel. Although there is a rude lady that works there I always ask to speak to someone else if she comes out. Would not go any where else. My dog loves it there, they love all the employees and their friends there. All i have too say anymore is paws~n~claws and they are waiting at the door for me!!! I recommend too anyone that has a dog!!!!!!!!

I do business with Paws N Claws frequently and have no complaints. I find the staff friendly and very caring and concerned with my dogs well being. The owner has even given me her personal cell phone before. Hats off to this facility!

I have boarded at Paws N Claws on numerous occasions, and my dogs love it! Karen and the staff always take excellent care of my beloved pets. I can always relax and enjoy my trips when my dogs stay here. I would, and have more than once, recommend Paws N Claws to anyone. I love this place!!!

I completely agree that the owner of this establishment is awful. I too have had a bad experience along with high pricing and her RUDE employees!! Not a recommended facility!!

This facility doesn't require vaccinations and often overlooks vaccinations that are required to keep your pet safe when it is around other pets during grooming, daycare and boarding. I boarded my pet here and I had to ask about vaccines and if they wanted my records and I was told as long as you tell us they are up to date then that is fine. How about all of the people who lie and don't hav... view full comment

I took my beloved pet here for grooming and when I came to pick him up he had been cut open by a groomer and GLUED back together by the groomer. Needless to say infection set in and he had to go to the vet. I wouldn't recommend anyone going there. I took my beloved pet here for grooming and when I came to pick him up he had been cut open by a groomer and GLUED back together by the groomer. Needless to say infection set in and he had to go to the vet. I wouldn't recommend anyone going there. I was treated very poorly by an employee there that had such an attitude and she seemed unconcerned as if it was NO BIG DEAL!!. Upon leaving Paws n Claws I also noticed that this same groomer was having a difficult time with another pet on the table as she yelled at the pet and began aggressively restraining the pet. Makes you wonder what really goes on and the things that we don't see!! view short comment
