We have had three Ridgebacks from Shadyridge Kennels and could not be more pleased with our dogs. Ulla cares so completely for her dogs and the breed, it is a pleasure to do business with her. Zimba, Pendeza, and now Baracka are three of the 6 Ridgebacks who have been with us at Ridgeback Acres with a companion calico cat and ShihTzu. Ula is a very nice lady and a 1st class ridgeback breeder...she has been doing this for a very long time and cares for the breed

We are preparing to receive our fourth Rhodesian from Ulla. She is the most dedicated breeder of any breed I have ever met. All our dogs have been potential champions and wonderful companions. Clearly, the comment made by "Chump" is erroneous. I notice "Chump refers to Ulla as "he", so it's probably a mistake.

My family has owned five beautiful, intelligent and handsome Ridgebacks from Shadyridge since the late 1970's. Ulla is first class Ridgeback breeder. She does everything she can to make sure the dogs go to good homes.

I bought my first Ridgeback from Ulla in 1977. I currently own my seventh Ridgeback, a very healthy !2-year-old male. I have boarded our dogs through the years at Shadyridge, and could not find a better place for them. Ulla breeds and raises dogs with outstanding temperments. I have owned four ridgebacks that came from shadyridge kennels in Groton ,Ma. The owners are first class and love the breed. They have a history of great show dogs and pets and have done much to promote this wonderful breedbrphg

Do not buy or sell dogs from/to this guy. He is a total crook. He basically runs a puppy mill. All of his dogs are sick. When one gets too sick just lets them die instead of taking them to the vet. In addition, he has been known to report dog-men to HSUS.

We have had nothing but a wonderful experience with Ulla & Don, and Shadyridge. Our girl Sienna is over 10 years old, and has been a wonderful addition to our family. Any time we need to travel, Sienna goes back 'home' to Shadyridge, and is well taken care of by Ulla & Don. A love for the breed and for dogs shines through when talking to them both. Cannot recommend any breeder more highly...
