Greg's review was from two years ago, but I wanted to clarify - we did call him back and had an open line of communication. We were honest that we didn't know what/how his foot got infected. The vet found no wound, and the dog didn't display symptoms while boarding. The only issue he had was that the owner wouldn't call him directly - the management had handled the situation per protocol and she felt she could offer no other help than we had already attempted to provide. Unfortunately, these type of mystery afflictions happen - at ANY facility. Some people just won't take that as an explanation. view short comment

I would not recommend this kennel. My dog needed to be taken to the vet the next morning after pickup from kennel. The vet found a cut on the foot that became infected. I called the kennel to find out what had happened with my dog. The owner would not return any of my calls and the staff referred me to their lawyer. I would not recommend this kennel. My dog needed to be taken to the vet the next morning after pickup from kennel. The vet found a cut on the foot that became infected. I called the kennel to find out what had happened with my dog. The owner would not return any of my calls and the staff referred me to their lawyer.
