Deb actually had the temerity to advise me to wait two days and my dog would be fine; that he was just tired. Had I waited, the infection he contracted would have become worse. He had lost 8 pounds in the course of that weekend. After professional vet. treatment he recovered but it was a week of worry. We are a military family. When I told my experience on military sites to warn other military families, I was actually bullied online by one of Deb's employees. I received an outpouring of support after Deb's employee harassed me. I was shocked afterwards to find out how many other military families had pets who suffered there and endured similar poor treatment by Deb's. Thankfully we found excellent kenneling options in Missouri and in Kansas just outside Leavenworth as well. view short comment
