I have been taking my dogs here for years,they are very caring and trustworthy. The owner always goes out of her way to give special care.I recommend this place highly !

My 85 year old mother's small dog was injured and had to be euthanized while staying at this kennel. The owner of the kennel was defensive and never even told my mom how the injury happened! She also refused to pay the vet bill resulting from the injury and my mom had to take her to municipal court and won a judgement for the vet bill which the owner of this kennel has yet to pay! My dog is a rescue dog from a humane society shelter and lovingly neurotic. The owner and staff take extra time with him to make him feel comfortable and safe. It is truly a blessing to know he is in good hands when I can't be with him. What a fantastic service they provide for the Galion community!

Having used what I think are all of the grooming facilities in this area, and now that I've tried Home Away From Home, I find that it is far above the others!! I would recommend them to everyone!!
