I've used Heidi's pet sitting and boarding services over the past 5 years and never looked back. She is truly a gem. My two dogs and cat absolutely love Heidi! When we arrive at her house for boarding stays my dogs run so fast to get inside that I drop their leash before getting to the door! And, my cat, whose usually afraid of everyone jumps on her lap to be brushed. I know this because she sends me tons of pictures of her on Heidi's lap, always checking in with me, as she knows I worry. Heidi also does the little things you wouldn't even think to ask when she's pet sitting. I come home to find my house better than I left it a week before. None of my friends or family members would do that! I highly recommend Heidi to anyone who may have a fear about leaving their babies behind, you won't regret it! view short comment

She gave me attitude from the first point of contact because i accidentally hung up on her and because i had not filled out her form on line. I called her on a Tuesday evening told her i would get back to her with the form that evening or the next day and when i didn't she lost it. I called her on a Tuesday evening told her i would get back to her with the form that evening or the next day and when i didn't she lost it. Basically, she told me she didn't need my business. She claimed she's been in business since 1998 or something like that and said that any and all Pet Sitters were following her model or trying to follow it but had all failed, she is the best pet sitter in the entire valley. I think she went into crazy mode because i mentioned that i was interviewing another sitter. I told her that if we couldn't coordinate our meet and greet within the week it was not a problem. She told me that if i was interviewing others to just go ahead and go with someone else. She didn't need to be interviewed! Excuse me but if your coming into my home when i'm not there, i want to meet with you first. I want to make sure your not crazy. Well crazy showed up all by herself no interview needed. She was rude, short, curt and has absolutely no customer service skills. I'm not sure how she's been in business for as long as she claims but she is definitely not the "Pet Whisperer". Like Dr. Phil says, people let you know who they are within 10 minutes of meeting them, this one is a little nuts. My recommendation save yourself and your pets from crazy.
