We absolutely LOVE RUffhouse! Last month, we rescued a sweet shy and timid malti-poo off the streets. She is all heart. However, our 13 year-old Shih Tzu (Queen Bee), was not thrilled at the unplanned addition. We had to leave Daisy in her playroom during the day, only for her to be bored and Keisha to hear her whining. Our (Cancer Sign) Keisha was always more than content at home curled up moving from bed to bed. Little 18 month old Daisy was clearly not! Then, I found Ruffhouse! Daisy Mae was uncertain Day 1. Curious but a little cautious by Day 2. Happy, Light on her feet, and tail up by Day 3. This daycare has already done wonders for her confidence and self-development. I see improvements every day. Her self-esteem is blossoming and it is so encouraging to watch her on the webcam growing every day! That truly is, The best testament to facilities like this. She follows around the staff in the play yards devotedly. She completely adores one of the female caretakers- her name escapes me now and we are pretty sure she has a crush on at least one of the guys :) Less than 2 miles from where I work 4 ten hour shifts, they open early and close late- Perfect for my hours. And most importantly, perfect for the Daisy Mae. Thank You Ruffhouse Staff for being so wonderful and attentive!!! view short comment

My dogs, Chopin and Xena had such a great time. Chopin specifically isn't well socialized and they took the time to make sure he could play in a small group so he could begin to better socialized. They didn't have to do that and considering he's a large dog (120lbs), that is a lot of extra work. My dogs, Chopin and Xena had such a great time. Chopin specifically isn't well socialized and they took the time to make sure he could play in a small group so he could begin to better socialized. They didn't have to do that and considering he's a large dog (120lbs), that is a lot of extra work. Xena is an older gal (12 years) and enjoys other dogs, so they made sure she went right into the larger play group while they were working with Chopin. When Chopin began missing his sister (they've never been separated), the Ruffhouse noticed this immediately and brought her to him so they wouldn't be apart. Ruffhouse was so good to my dogs, it is obvious they care about them like children. Chopin and Xena will be returning and I'd recommend the Ruff House to anyone with dogs. view short comment

I have been boarding at Ruff House for a few months now. I took a tour of several facilities before deciding where to leave Mimosa. The place is extremely clean, well kept, and the staff is friendly. I really liked that they put Mimosa in the play yard for a bit so I could see how she would react to the other dogs when I took the tour. I visited the grooming part of this facility today (7/1/10). I followed Cassie (the groomer) over there from another facility and have NO regrets. I am extremely pleased w/ the services that I received from this groomer. My dog became extremely ill 4 months ago and he became extremely weak and couldn't be around other dogs, but he still needed to be groomed. I visited the grooming part of this facility today (7/1/10). I followed Cassie (the groomer) over there from another facility and have NO regrets. I am extremely pleased w/ the services that I received from this groomer. My dog became extremely ill 4 months ago and he became extremely weak and couldn't be around other dogs, but he still needed to be groomed. Cassie came in one hour early (7am) so that Spencer could safely be groomed away from other dogs. She was extremely patience w/ him as he was so weak that he couldn't stand to long. Ruff House has a very clean waiting area were I am able to stay and hang out until Spencer was done w/ grooming. Cassie has been extremely patience w/ me and Spencer and does such a wonderful job. Spencer just loves her. I would highly recommend this groomer and facility. view short comment

I was able to wait in there very clean and quiet waiting area for the past 3 groomings so he would know that I was there. I was orignally seeing Cassie @ a different facility and followed her over to Ruff House. She is very patient w/ Spencer as he also has a back problem and gives him all the attention he needs. Her work area is very clean and organized. I woulkd highly reccomend this groomer and facility to everyone. I wish you lots of luck @ your new facility Cassie. view short comment
