Dog Boarding Facilities in California

I boarded my 2 dogs last Wednesday thru Monday. Paying $875, I expected that someone would have noticed that one of the dogs' eyes do run, and to wipe them at LEAST once while they were there. She has tears all crusted around her eyes and down into her mouth and muzzle. If this simple thing was not done, what MAJOR things were NOT done??? I was told the owner Bobby was going to call me on Tuesday, then Wednesday and today is Friday and still no response to my concerns. I would never recommend that place to friends, my vet other groomers. view short comment

K9s Only is amazing! Their facility is really wonderful and their Staff is AMAZING! I do wish they were open on Sundays... But I'm willing to pick up on Monday's just so my Lulu can stay there! She love the Pool and massages! (Yvonne is Great!)
