I read comments online, but I found the only way to feel comfortable leaving Hercules is to go tour the place and talk to the employees. Websites can make a place sound good, but I found garbage in garbage out at a lot of the places. Tour this place and you will see why it is the only place I will ever use again.

I have never been a fan of reading comments from users. Instead I always tour any facility that I am thinking about using. If you tour Pet Paradise you will see why it is the best place for your pets. They have several locations in Florida and we travel a lot. That way I can take my dogs with me and board them when I get to a destination knowing that all the Pet Paradise locations are the same.
