Nice facility with caring people. The poor rating is for price....$145 for 24hrs care....their rates are already double other area kennels- charge for the drop off day & pickup day- require extra tests they don't tell you about when you make the reservation & then charge a doc visit on top....will never use them again & everyone I know will hear about it....hope it was worth the $145.
