Dog Boarding Facilities in Illinois

I have previously boarded my dog with Triple R. Additionally, I purchased a German Shepard there, as well. Unfortunately, the operation is a poor shambles of what it once was. No one is there during the day time. Their voice message tells you they are there only "by appointment". Over the past two days, my wife and I have left three messages about boarding our dog, but the owners have not seen fit to return any of our calls. I assume the voice messages are not being checked. The dogs are in cages, and I as I state above, there is routinely no one there during the day. That means your pet is not not safeguarded from a threat like being stolen or harmed in the event of a fire, etc.. Very disappointing customer service, with an operational component (pet boarding) which raises cause for concern. view short comment
