We took our Springer Spaniel Mix to Cocos Canine Cabana on 08/10/11 and requested a Springer Spaniel cut. HER FUR LOOKS AWFUL! There are shearer stripes across her back with longer pieces of fur sticking up all over her back and head. There are shearer stripes across her back with longer pieces of fur sticking up all over her back and head. The side trim is uneven; she is not shaved where she supposed to be shaved including her behind. Her nails were barely tipped, & she has matted fur below both ears. Her ear fur is cut different lengths making one ear look longer than the other. To add insult to injury we paid $55.00, ($10.00) more than their quoted price for a lousy cut and a bath & and the owners refuse to refund any money. view short comment
