I have been using Muddy Paws for kenneling our dogs since 1980. It has always been an excellent facility, the owners responsive, and the dogs well cared for.

Had a very disturbing experience with the owner at Muddy Paws regarding the timeliness of our notifying the kennel that our bulldog puppy was returned to us with a limp. During my FIRST interaction with the owner, he questioned the amount of time it took us to call the kennel, and informed me that he would cover our vet bill, but every other kennel in the area would hear about it. When I tried to explain that I was submitting the vet bill based on my conversation with his wife, he insisted he didn t need the irritation and stormed off. We are frequent travelers and would have used Muddy Paws again in the future, but now I have to caution people against the business - not for the quality of their service, but for the unbalanced behavior of the management view short comment
