Dog Boarding Facilities in Massachusetts

My husband and I have been using the Animal Inn for years and ABSOLUTELY love it there! The staff is always happy, wonderful, helpful, polite and pleasant. They have always made us feel comfortable and safe leaving any and all of our animal children with them. My 200lb mastiff can be a handful at times and we have NEVER seen or heard them treat him poorly. He has always dragged us from the car to the door of the Animal Inn and always comes home happy, and healthy. Many times I think he would rather stay with the girls then come home! I strongly do NOT believe "carrie" used the Animal Inn. We own a large business in the Berkshires and refer everyone to them and no one has ever said anything bad about them. All the vet offices in Berkshire County refer to the Animal Inn first above any and all other kennels. If they were as bad as "carrie" says they were, would they have been in business for the past 35-40yrs? view short comment

I will not bring my dog there again. The woman at the desk was rude. She was flirting with another customer and ignored me. I heard a girl yelling at my dog while I was waiting and the place was a dump. Not worth the cheap price.
