The facility and most of the employees are great. However the owner, Karen, is a compulsive liar who not only steals from her customers, she steals from her own employees. She will tell you that your dog will be outside for a few hours a day, but she will force her employees to keep dogs outside, even on in sweltering heat for 6+ hours a day, this may not seem bad, but I doubt you'd want to be out in the hot sun for 6 straight hours in a fur coat. She is also the single worst groomer I have ever seen. Did your dog get a great haircut at the Canine Club? I can guarantee it wasn't done by Karen, but she kept your tip anyway. view short comment

Beware, please read all the reviews. This place is not safe. The owner has a previous history of giving vacines to dogs and she isn't licensed. Look up Karen Jackson and you will see.

BEWARE is correct for this place. It used to be a wonderful place to bring our beloved dog. But, in recent months, the owner Karen Jackson has taken a more prominent role in the operations and it has taken a serious nose dive. Myself and 5 of my co-workers have all had horrible customers service run-ins with Karen. And if you read reviews on Google, we are obviously not the only ones. In Karen's case it's not just a "bad day", she repeatedly treats her customers with terrible disrespect, and will simply throw her employees under the bus whenever there is a complaint. The fact is, prior to Karen being visible, all of the staff were the nicest and most helpful, and now, none of those staff are around. Karen needs to face reality. The facility itself is great, but I will NEVER again bring our dog here while Karen is associated with the Canine Club. If she treats humans this way, I can't imagine they way she would treat animals. Another important note to make, in a simple search of Karen Jackson's name I did, one of the very first things to come up was a Cease and Desist order from 2004 in which she was illegally administering meds to pets, even though she is NOT veterinarian certified! They would not let him play with the other dogs until this test was done! My gosh, he could have had the test yesterday but still get parasites today and he would not have been tested for a year! ! If they are so worried about that why would they let other dogs play with mine! They should make all the dogs have the test each and everytime they accept a pet! I had no documentation telling me this would be a problem - what's the big deal about this test within the same month???? She said their doctor told them that they needed to handle it this way. I asked for the doctors name and she said that they did not have a doctor! Why is she not telling me the truth? She REFUSED to give me her name because she said she did not want to get any more complaints about her. What kind of place is this? view short comment

My puppy Westie LOVES this place. She comes home exhausted. I take her weekly to wear her out. Friendly, clean. I would definitely board her also. Very reasonable prices.

I love this place. My yellow lab runs and swims and does not want to come home he loves it so much. He gets so tired he sleeps for 2 days! A tired dog is a good dog.
