The owner kari williams abused my dog. I wondered why he was so terrified every time I broght him there so I used a nanny The owner kari williams abused my dog. I wondered why he was so terrified every time I broght him there so I used a nanny cam on one of his toys in the carrier I brought him in. She was very verbally abusive to him.She also was snatching his face around,and punched him several times in his nose for growling at her. When she cut his nails she made him bleed by cutting all the way to the quick on almost every nail. Watching the video made me sick to my stomach. Not only was she abusive to my dog she also was very harsh to her employees.I felt bad about the way she treated those girls they might just be bathers but they work harder than anyone in there. She also gossiped about almost every customer that came in that day, and exploited her employees very personal affairs with customers and other groomers. I couldn't believe that in just a few short hours I was able to see such despicable behavior in one person. My dog is like one of my children.I cant belive I sent him to be abused by Cruella Deville for so many years. Im writing this review to warn everyone that K9 central is owned and operated by a cruel and insensitive woman who should be shut down,and prosecuted. Please choose somewhere else to take your dog.
