RCK admitted to the mistake, but only after I brought it up. RCK was extremely rude and aggressive during the entire phone call, making it clear they didn't want to deal with me. They refused a refund unless they get to determine whether the cut is bad enough for a vet visit. RCK is not a vet. When I told them I wouldn't take my dog back, but wanted a refund, they hung up on me. Terrible customer service. Wouldn't recommend them to anyone. view short comment

These folks are the best. I use them for boarding and grooming, my dogs are well cared for (I even have one on medication). I highly recommend these folks for all you dogs boarding and grooming needs!

This place is excellent.....They are caring and professional...I always have complete confidence when I have my dog groomed there....and my previous dog I used to board there....I always knew he was well cared for....I would highly recommend Rose Creek Kennels to anyone......
