Les understand dogs, and appreciates and respects each and everyone who visits him. Don't be dismayed by other reviews, Pooch Palace is beyond top notch! I wouldn't leave my girls anywhere else! My girls stay there several times a year, and we've never had a problem in the 2 yrs that they've been staying there, and I can't speak highly of Pooch Palace! view short comment

Don't use this kennel. The new owners lack the knowledge needed to care for other family pets. They lost my chihuahua and 4 of our 7 day vacation was spent looking for him, and thanks to the kindness of the local neighbors who allowed us on their property and contact, we were able to get him back. Don't use this kennel. The new owners lack the knowledge needed to care for other family pets. They lost my chihuahua and 4 of our 7 day vacation was spent looking for him, and thanks to the kindness of the local neighbors who allowed us on their property and contact, we were able to get him back. A 6 pound chihuahua does not dig a hole under a fence in 3 minutes. And where was the kennel keeper while he was supposedly digging? The property is not maintained or fence line weed wacked to examine for escape areas and pets are not watched outside. The owner will argue they set out traps and notices on poles. We were the searchers 5 times a day and posted all of Bolton Landing businesses . Thank Heaven we found our family member. Don't risk your pets safety here. view short comment

This is a great place to leave a dog. There's lots of space inside and out. My dog responds well to the owners and kennel help. He is always happy to stay with them.

I love taking my 3 labs here when I am in Lake George in the summer months. The owners, Kathy & Harry, are wonderful with the dogs and you feel safe knowing they are well cared for. My dogs are actually excited to be dropped off!
