Dog Boarding Facilities in North Carolina

Recently last minute we could not get our dogs into the new place so we unfortunately had to board 2 of them here again. Keep in mind that our dogs are 9 and 7 and fully trained, anyway when we picked them up 3 days later they had pee stains down the sides of their bodies, 1 was limping, both of their beds were so nasty that it would make you gag so we had to throw them away.The did claim the beds were washed "7" times, hmm maybe in their imaginations. Never a good answer for anything. Obviously they were stuck in their kennels pretty much the whole time or they would have not gone to the bathroom there. Terrible place. If you lover your pets don't take them here. Also check out their google reviews. view short comment

This place sucks!!! Don't take your dog here! If your dog is being boarded it will stay in the kennell because the dogs in day care are the most important. Even day care dogs stay locked up all day. Don't let them!!! How do I know? I used to work there. After several months of watching everything being botched I got discussted and quit!

This place is disgusting! I took my dogs there to daycare while I was on vacation and I will never ever go there again. My dogs had feces on their paws and my lab lost a toenail and was bleeding all over. They were rude and told me that he played a lot during the day and it must've happened then. Why wasn't he supervised? I called to complain but no one answered or returned my call. Very unprofess... view full comment

Took my dog for grooming for the last 2 yrs. they did a pretty good job even though they never REALLY listened to what I wanted done, but not bad. close to home. But this last time the girl that groomed him shaved him to the skin!!! she burnt his under cage so seriously we took him to the ver due to infection. Its been over a week and he still is in pain, you can visibly see where she took her cli... view full comment

Not bad, but deffiently not very good. We took a tour of the place and I couldn't even breath, you would think when your dealing with dogs you would be really clean and organized. It seems kind of run down and out of date. When I got my dog back he was muddy. It didn't seem very professional and it was just like everything was thrown together real fast without preperation.
