I called them today asking for a manager and was told that she would call me back tomorrow. Regardless of the conversation we may or may not have, there is NO - NO possible excuse for this being tolerable or acceptable at any level, for any reason. I love this daycare and so does my puppy it is such a relief to know when I leave him everyday they will give him as much love and attention as I do.
