I love boarding my dog here. It is always a great experience for me and my pet. The staff is friendly and the facility is always clean. I would reccomend this place!

They are experienced cat owners and were over-qualified to adopt the kitten. However, 5 days after they applied they were told the kitten was adopted out to someone else simply because the second applicant wanted to buy this kitten as well as another kitten. All my parents were told is that they could make the hour-long drive back out to Pataskala to pick out another kitten. These people treat animals like they are commodities, but my parents had found a new family member. I also suspect their application was never processed, as I was listed as a reference and never contacted. It is not worth it to go here, I just hope these reviews save other people from going through this. view short comment

I have boarded my dogs here for years. The kennel is clean, and the staff always work with any problems my dogs may be having. I recommend this kennel to anyone.

This is the best boarding place in the Columbus area. You get very personal service for your pet(s). The staff is awesome!

We love this place! Every time we need to board the dogs, there is no question where we go - All Tails is the best place we've found. There are many places much closer to where we live, but the staff at All Tails take such good care of our two dogs. They come home happy and healthy every time!

I have been taking my pound puppy, Joey, there since 2005. They are very accomodating and very helpful. They have recognzied each and every time we visit, and recently it has been seldom. To me that is important...that they remember. Very very kind and caring staff!

The staff is very accommodating. The facility is HUGE and very clean. The dogs get tons of outdoor time. I completely trust them to provide the best care for my dog.

I absolutley LOVE All Tails! I board my dog there and I wouldn't never leave him with anyone else!! He is a rescue, and has his fair share of "issues." I was very nervous to board him for the first time, but my anxiety quickly went away after talking with the staff. They were understanding, patient, respectful and took the time to get to know me AND my dog. They also answered all my questions and showed me around the entire place. The kennels were clean and they play relaxing music 24/7 which I love! The owner, lives on the property and has security cameras that she can moniter from her home of all the dogs. So even at night, you know they are safe. The entire staff genuinely love animals and it shows! They know every dog by name, there likes and dislikes and any other special "quirks." They go above and beyond to make sure that not only the customers are happy, but the dogs and cats who are staying with them are happy too. When I returned, Monty was smiling and looked like he had just gone on vacation too! The fact that he bonded with the staff and up until that point, he had never been able to trust anyone but me, speaks volumes for this place!! If you love your dog, and want him to be safe and happy while your away, board here!! view short comment
