THREE HOUR LUNCH. that's right they are left in their cages for nearly three hours while they're gone for nearly three hours. you would think that for eighty dollar a day some one would at least be in the building in case of emergency. price breakdown 30 a day for the largest room. 8 a day for a nature walk 3 for nightly treat. that comes to 41 dollars a day x 4 days comes to 164 dollars oh plus a release bath 15 so it should have been 179 sounds ok but they charged my wife nearly double that. 329 wtf. then when the wife comes home and tells me so I call at 5:45 AND THEY'RE ALLREADY CLOSED. They must pay to get these bad reviews offline because I'm sure I'm not the first to be ripped off by them. I would stay way if I were you. the BBB will hear about this. view short comment

I've tried several Bend area kennels, and Happy Tales is by far the best for my dog. I board regularly given my travel schedule, and my dog can't wait to get inside. The amount of daily play time with groups of dogs with similar play styles is exceptional, and I'm sure the reason my dog loves returning each time. The staff is great too - super friendly and clearly animal lovers.

Staff very friendly, my dog can't wait to get in the door! Lot's of fun play time, nice clean facility.
