I would have been happier with Pet Palace but they didn't take enough information on my pet. Without asking me if my pet was allergic to anything they used flea shampoo on my dog and he ended up with a chemical burn from his neck to his tail. This was a learning experience. Always give more information than what they ask to protect your pet.
