This is the second time I have boarded my rough collie here. Everyone here is so nice from the office staff,to the staff that feed and supervises all the dogs whether they are playing or going for walks or watching dog movies. It is SUPER clean and I know my dog was loved and taken great care of while I was away. Erin did a beautiful job grooming her also.

Nina and staff at Spa Paw and Tail are amazing! They have gotten increasingly busy within the last year or so but still go above and beyond to accomodate every fur client while keeping the atmosphere safe! LOVE LOVE LOVE Spa, Paw & Tail! It is the ultimate Doggie Resort and my lab loves going there. They take such special care of the dogs - It's an immaculate facility and the dogs are seriously spoiled! This is the first time we will leave our dog for Christmas but I have absolutely no concerns. He will be treated so well!

My Tara loved going to SPT. They always greeted her warmly. I always knew she was getting treated as good as at home (maybe better!). Should I get another dog, she will visit SPT often.

Great place for my beagle puppy on the weekend. She typically attends another doggie daycare closer to home during the work week, but this was a great alternative for the weekend when I am in New Berlin. She had a great time and made new friends...lol!

Started bringing my dog here when she was a puppy to play, and she loves it so much! We've had several out of town trips and what a comfort to know she's getting all of the attention and care she needs when we're gone. I wouldn't taker her anywhere else.

I brought her back a second time for grooming, a complete shave down and they managed to do the job with her muzzled (lots of unknowns with a rescue dog, but the dog actually liked the muzzle). We boarded our "baby" with Spa Paw & Tail for a week, and checked in every day while we were out of town - the thoroughness of the reports was fantastic, and we felt so good after every check-in - that kind of peace of mind, knowing your dog is well cared for, adjusting well to a new environment, and safe, is priceless. The facility is new and clean and spacious, and the amenities and attention to every individual dog are just great. I would highly recommend Spa Paw & Tail as a boarding facility to any dog owner - we will definitely use them again when we need to board our Blue! view short comment

The "shy one" really comes out of her shell and plays like a freak when she is there. It is the perfect place to have them vacation and know they are well cared for and safe.

Nina and staff treated our 18-year old senior dog with such compassion and care. Windy loved the seniors lounge and was able to chill and socialize with other older dogs. We have since lost our senior, but have continued boarding our newly adopted dog, who enjoys socializing and playing in the small dog area. The entire staff truly loves the animals! We will not go anyplace else!

Spa Paw and Tail is about 40 minutes from our house but because Cali loves going so much, and we trust the staff, we won't take her anywhere else when we're out of town. The best part is, so has so much fun playing when she's there that she's worn out and really laid back the day we pick her up (this never happens...she the most high energy dog I've ever met). I'd reccomend the resort to anyone!

I just left my two dogs here for 10 days. I called to check on them every other day and each person that answered the phone knew just who my dog was and exactly how they were doing. This is the type of "old fashioned" service that every pet parent wants to have when they are away. I would recommend Spa Paw & Tail to anyone who loves their pet and needs to leave them.

He plays with Tennis balls all day long that the staff throw for him for hours. He is happiest at this day camp compared to others he has been to. They really care.

It offers a boutique of amazing products - true eye candy for the adults as well as the pets, a remarkable staff that really do LOVE each and every 4 legged client (and the 2 legged ones as well). Grooming is over the top - the first time I had my bulldog groomed here my son said "OMG she smells like a carmel apple - you need to have this done every week". The staff is up to speed on the medical issues and red flags as well. The facility is impeccably clean, well designed, and well managed. When I come to pick up Tula - she runs the other way - she does not want to leave!! This was the first place I felt comfortable with doing actual boarding. I highly recommond this facility!! You will never find anything even close to this. The owner is AMAZINGLY TALENTED!! Not only has she has created a beautiful facility,she has employed very qualified, educated, talented, caring, and loving staff members. This is truly a 5 star resort!! view short comment

Warm, inviting, professional, animal centered facility. Wonderful place for doggie day care, boarding and shopping. My dogs love going to Spa Paw and Tail and I love knowing they are in a safe well run doggie day care. I would highly recommend Spa Paw and Tail if you are looking for a unique, home away from home boarding or day care for your cat or dog.

I am so relieved to have access to Spa Paw and Tail. I do not like to leave my dogs at ordinary kennels AT ALL!!! The staff at Spa Paw and Tail interacts with the dogs, playing with them and walking them, and this is how our dogs are used to being treated. I no longer have days of anxiety before a trip worrying about how miserable my dogs will be while I'm gone. Thanks, Spa Paw and Tail!
